Macy’s Parade Registration Information

Register today!  Participants in the Spartans Alumni Macy’s Parade corps is limited to individuals who:

  • Were members in good standing of the Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps and/or Spartans Indoor Percussion.
  • Were members in good standing of the Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps

Sunday Sept 14 – Rehearsal 12-7 at Bishop Guertin HS, Nashua, NH
Sunday October 12 – Rehearsal 12-7 at Bishop Guertin HS, Nashua, NH
Sunday November 9.- Rehearsal 12-7 Bishop Guertin HS, Nashua, NH
New England members are expected to attend these rehearsals. Members living outside New England are invited, but not required to attend. 
Thanksgiving Week
Monday, November 24
Depart Nashua in the morning, or meet up with corps in NY area
Lunch, hotel check in

Tuesday November 25
Breakfast at hotel, Rehearsal, Lunch, Rehearsal, Dinner/time in the city
Wednesday November 26

Cost and Eligibility
The 2025 Macy’s Corps is open to alumni and current members of the Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps and alumni of the Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps. All performers must be in good standing with their corps. 
The cost to participate in the Macy’s Parade is $1500 and includes:
• Hotel for three nights in a quad room*
• All meals including rehearsal days and Thanksgiving dinner
• Instruments/equipment
• Transportation to/from Nashua and throughout the week
• Uniform and shoes (Members can keep their uniform, or donate it back to the corps)
• Teaching staff and music arrangements
• Rehearsal sites
• Commemorative patch
• Ticket to July 3rd Friends and Family
(*Members can pay an additional fee to upgrade to a single room (+$500) or a double room (+$150) Roommate requests will be made later in the summer.)
Registration and Audition
The deadline to register for the parade is Sept 7, 2025
Ultracamp contains all paperwork and payment portals. Members will be required to pay a $250 down payment upon registration and select a payment plan to pay the remaining fees upfront or through a monthly payment plan. The total fees are due October 1. 
There are limited spots for the front ensemble (honor guard) and drum majors. These roles may require further selection after registration. 
Registered members will receive music and other materials via Google Classroom.  Members are expected to prepare for the event (physically and musically) and attend rehearsals as outlined above. The music coordinators are Christopher Correia (battery) and Don MacTaggart (brass). They will provide further information about materials, part assignments, instrumentation, and teaching staff. Further information to follow about the color guard staff.
